With over two decades of experience, Adam’s mission at Craydl is to redefine the luxury residential design and pre-construction path to success by delivering personalized, client-centric solutions that transform how residential projects are conceived and executed in the United States. His passion for problem-solving led him to create meaningful change in the construction industry by building this team of like-minded professionals dedicated to dismantling dysfunctional construction processes.

From budgeting to construction technology, Adam and his team employ various tools to help architects, builders, interior designers, and developers leverage BIM and VDC to reduce drafting time, improve accuracy, and drive superior outcomes. In addition to those two acronyms, Adam is into any acroynms he can use to solve problems for builders, architects, designers, and property owners. Some of his other favorites are: AEC, BI, CI/CD, AIA, PE, SE, ASID, GC, LOD, ETC, CC PO, IM, CRM, CAAS & PAAS.

Adam graduated Arizona State University with a B.S. in Management, as well as a Business degree in Administration and Management.

Phil serves as the VP of Operations at Craydl, providing coordination of resources and operational excellence to the organization and its customers. Prior to Craydl, Phil spent six years as a Project Manager at Starion Custom Residences, involved in high-end custom builds throughout Phoenix and Paradise Valley. He previously held several roles at Maracay Homes, including Land Development Estimator and Land Specialist, where he managed permitting, municipal coordination, environmental compliance, and chaired the company’s Safety Committee.

Phil also led field operations for Trust Company of the West, directing the rehab, leasing, and resale of a large rental portfolio, and has worked as a licensed Realtor with DPR Realty LLC since 2014. He began his journey in construction with Habitat for Humanity, where he led volunteer teams building affordable homes—an early experience that shaped his values as a builder and leader.

Vinny Ciliberti is the Vice President of BIM & VDC at Craydl, where he leads the application of building information modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC) to improve accuracy, coordination, and decision-making in custom residential projects. With a background that bridges architecture, mathematics, and education, Vinny brings a systems-oriented mindset to every challenge—translating complex design data into clear, actionable information for teams in the field and the studio.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Vinny’s early career included roles as a math teacher and coach, experiences that shaped his calm leadership style and emphasis on continuous learning. His deep understanding of spatial logic and visual communication makes him an expert in model development, drawing production, and integrating design intent with constructability.

Outside of work, Vinny is a sports guy, demonstrating his loyalty by being a Jets fan, and brings that same passion and team-first spirit to his role at Craydl—coaching project teams toward smarter, more efficient building outcomes.

Shay Spear combines artistic vision with technical precision as Craydl’s Director of Visualizations. With a background as a professional chef and bakery owner, he has developed a strong sense of composition, texture, and attention to detail — qualities that now define his work in architectural visualization.

At Craydl, Shay oversees the creation of high-end residential visualizations, collaborating closely with designers and architects to ensure each render reflects both the intent and emotion of the space. He is fluent in advanced visualization pipelines, from Revit to 3ds Max, Twinmotion, and Unreal Engine, integrating precision modeling, material accuracy, and environmental design to produce cohesive, immersive scenes.

Kara Jean-Baptiste joined CRAYDL as Project Delivery Manager and is in charge of customer success.
